Nourish Within
Come home to yourself
True well-being starts from within.
Nourish Within offers a welcoming place to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Through sound and vibration, Reiki, and other restorative practices, each experience is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself with greater calm and awareness.
There is nothing you need to accomplish here. Nothing you need to know beforehand. Just an opportunity to pause, receive, and make space for whatever you may need at that moment.

About Nourish Within
Nourish Within grew from my own healing journey and from the privilege of walking alongside others in theirs.
Through my own experiences, I came to understand how meaningful it can be to intentionally step away from the demands of everyday life and create space for stillness, reflection, and connection.
I founded Nourish Within to offer that space to others.
My approach includes sound and vibration, Reiki, and other restorative practices, each offering its own invitation to relax, restore balance and reconnect. Whether you come for an individual session, join a group experience, or are simply curious about exploring something new, you are welcome exactly as you are.
My hope is that Nourish Within can be a place where you set down some of what you have been carrying, quiet the outside world for a while, and reconnect with the part of yourself that can sometimes get lost in all the doing.
Sometimes what we need most is simply space to be.

Offerings
-
Settle into a comfortable space and allow yourself to simply receive.
During a private sound and vibration session, Himalayan singing bowls may be placed on or around the body, creating layers of sound and gentle vibration. Gong, chimes, and other instruments may also be incorporated to create an immersive sound experience.
Each session unfolds differently and is shaped around the individual. There is no goal to reach, and nothing required of you. This is simply time to slow down, turn your attention inward, and experience sound and vibration in a peaceful setting.
No previous experience with meditation or sound work is necessary.
-
There is something uniquely beautiful about experiencing sound in community.
Group sound experiences incorporate Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments to create an immersive environment for rest and reflection.
Participants are invited to get comfortable, close their eyes if they wish, and simply listen and feel as the sounds and vibrations move through you and the space.
Come alone, bring a friend, or gather a group of your own. No experience is needed, only a willingness to settle in and receive.
-
Reiki is a gentle energy practice offered as an opportunity for quiet, relaxation, and inward connection.
Reiki may be offered with light touch or with hands held just above the body, depending upon your preference.
Distance Reiki offers another way to experience the practice when being physically present is not possible. We can talk beforehand about what to expect for your session wherever you are.
Whether in person or at a distance, the intention is the same: to create a peaceful space in which you can slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect
New to sound and vibration or Reiki? You are welcome here.
You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to understand energy work. And you don’t need to arrive feeling peaceful.
During an in-person session, you remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a massage table.
Each session begins with a few moments to settle in and talk about what brought you there and anything you would like me to know.
From there, your only job is to get comfortable.
People experience sound and Reiki differently. You may feel deeply relaxed, reflective, energized, emotional, peaceful—or you may simply enjoy having an hour in which nothing is being asked of you.
There is no “right” way to experience a session, and one experience may be very different from the next.
Come as you are. Leave a little more connected to yourself.
